Eastern Redbud Tree

A sure sign of spring is the early flowering Redbud trees!  These trees are gorgeous all year long with their deep green glossy leaves in summer and their yellow foliage in the fall.  Easy to grow and very rewarding!

Eastern Redbud is a small tree that displays an abundance of purple blossoms in the spring. It has large heart shaped leaves during the summer, and long seed pods in the fall. Effective as a single specimen, in groupings, in the shrub border, or especially nice in woodland and naturalized type situations.  Looks great when planted near white dogwoods and forsythia. Redbud prefers full sun and rich moist soil.  They grow up to 25 ft. tall with a spread of about 15 feet.

These are 4-5 foot stocky trees. Trees will be shipped bare root with moist material around their roots.
