Blackberries

The Cherokee Blackberry Plant is an upright blackberry plant, which grows to be very vigorous, producing large, sweet, firm fruits. It will ripen in mid-season, normally in late June to early July.  These are thorny blackberry bushes and they grow rapidly.  Fruit is smaller than the hybrids, but these plants are heavy bearers and produce lots of berries for a period of several weeks.  Low maintenance plants that will come back stronger year after year.  The left‑over harvest is a wonderful treat for the birds!

These are two year old plants with a good strong root system.   They will be shipped bareroot with moist material around their roots.

Berries are shipped March thru May only.
